  I won't be using them again for my 2016 taxes. Last year I requested to use someone who filed my taxes in 2014. I was told she was on leave. When I showed up she was in the office working on other clients tax returns. So I was transferred to a collleague who I felt was very incompetent and all she cared about was making a buck. I keep receiving coupons but won't be tricked into going back to them. Beware of this place! Not worth the $169 I paid.
