  I had a very similar experience to Ms. King. I work nearby and order from them several times a month. Today, I called in and a man answered, in the past was always a woman. I told him my order, he repeated it back. He spoke so fast and with an accent, I didn't understand the first part of the order. So I wanted to clarify I was getting noodles instead of rice. The man became very rude stating that was what he said and when he told me I said yes...he continued for a bit but I was in disbelief anyone would talk to a customer like that for verifying an order. I told him nevermind and hung up. The food is pretty good, but I cannot support a business who thinks it's okay to treat customers that way.
