  I called to have my pool renovated and after several attempts (about 6 phone calls) I gave up. Someone always answered the phone and they said that someone would call me back to schedule something. Everytime I called I got the run around and never received a phone call even though I was assured someone would call me back that day.... I don't call that good business. I gave up and went with a reputable company.

  Very poor responsiveness and customer service. Did not respond to repeated calls and emails and still waiting (5 months after completion) for things to be repaired that were not installed correctly. Would not recommend.
