  I’ve been practicing at Bindu for about 2 wks. I’ve taken a class by almost each one of their teachers. I have thoroughly enjoyed every class I’ve been to. The teachers are great, Ive learned new things every class but the most appreciative aspect from these classes has been the overall positive energy and emotion I’ve gotten. I am a very fast paced, high energy and sometimes high stress and anxiety person. Since beginning yoga again here it is not only giving me an amazing workout but truly benefitting me in my everyday life mentally and emotionally. I am less stressed, anxious and more aware of my body and movements. I truly appreciate Georgia, Kathy, Sari & Gianni for all they have taught me and I look forward to continuing my practice with them. If I forgot anyone I’m sorry, it’s not intentional. As I first stated every teacher I have met here is amazing! Highly recommend this studio.
